Noir Ladies

I'm writing this in Spanish first so I can express what I think without mistakes, and then I'll translate it.

I want to give my opinion on what happened yesterday. Honestly, Matt is what interests me the most. I won't waste time on the rest.

We all know what Matt is like: he's a bully, exaggerated, he's the most powerful, etc., but there's no malice in him. He's a good guy. He has a difficult, complicated real life, and Noir is like a refuge for him, like a kind of family. It's where he feels comfortable, and if he comes and no one is there for him, it affects him.

I'm not trying to justify his attitude, but I am trying to understand it. I expressed it to him and told him that he had to change in that regard. Not that he would change his way of being, but certain ways of acting.

I feel sympathy for him, even appreciation, and I'm always willing to listen and try to help him.

Some ladies may think they don't have to do it. I'm sorry, but on that point, I strongly disagree!

We are the ladies of Noir, and if the ladies of Noir want to be the best, they have to be more than just pussies used for fucking. The ladies of Noir are much more than that. The ladies of Noir are tolerant, attentive, willing to listen, talk, and express opinions with the members.

The ladies of Noir must constantly prove their worth as individuals for a member to pay a fee to be in Noir.

I sincerely believe that Matt doesn't deserve to be looked down upon. He's a good guy, who probably has some neuroses, but he's harmless and doesn't have an ounce of malice in him.

That's why I'm addressing the managers and Simoni, the boss, to ask them not to prevent Matt from entering, not to suspend his membership, and to call him to account so he can correct certain behaviors.

But Matt is from Noir!
